Advocating for positive male mental health is a subject close to my heart, as it is an area that often goes unnoticed. Through my involvement in a project promoting positive male mental health within a secondary school, I have successfully established male mental health ambassadors. Our motto, "it's good to talk," reflects our commitment to encouraging open conversations and fostering well-being.
